The ASEAN Centre for Active Ageing and Innovation (ACAI) is an intergovernmental organisation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older persons and preparing the ASEAN region for an ageing society. ACAI is legally established under the laws and regulations of Thailand, and as such, this policy is primarily governed by the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2019, as well as relevant data protection frameworks within the ASEAN region.

This Privacy Policy explains how ACAI, acting as the Data Controller, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your Personal Data gathered through our website, www.asean-acai.org, and through engagement with our services.

By using the ACAI website, submitting any information, or registering for ACAI events, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
